My IPhone 12 won’t charge
My iPhone 12 will not charge with a charger. The charger is not the problem. I tried cleaning the charging port but nothing resulted. It will only charge by and charger you lay your phone on. What do I do!

If you already tried (to no avail) all the steps provided in this support article:--> If your iPhone or iPod touch won't charge, it could be a hardware (battery? other internal component?) failure but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.
I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device+charger+cable inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

- Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
- Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among the list provided above;
- Using the "Apple Store" app, available and downloadable from AppStore.
