Itunes sharing
Trying to share previously setup playlists with a family member. Family sharing has been setup properly but the family member can not see previously created playlists.
Are you using basic family sharing, which allows the sharing of unhidden purchases, or a family subscription to Apple Music, which might allow you to share a playlist to someone else who has Apple Music.
