latest operating system for my old Mac book

I have a 2013 Mac book which is running OSX Elcapitan ver 10.11.6.

Im getting 'un secure' messages when on google etc.

Security isn't good enough for making payments etc

How can I find out the most unto date operating system that my ageing

Mac book can handle???

Old operating system I have a 10 year old MacBook Pro. I am on the Catilina operating system that will not be supported by Apple. The computer works great but should I be concerned about security? if so what would be the best way to secure my computer on line? MAC BOOK PRO 2015 Version and Security Updates? Can I still use my MAC BOOK PRO 2015 and will it continue to receive system updates and patches for security reasons? I have seen the next version of the OS (Ventura) release and the earliest MACBOOK PRO requirements start in the year 2017 and later, my current computer is in excellent condition, and wanted to ensure that I can still operate it with confidence of security. Any thoughts?
