I recently purchased an Apple Watch Ultra from eBay and I can’t pair it with my iPhone. I was advised the watch was unused but the box was open so I can only assume it’s never been paired. It won’t pair and when I go into Settings things like General and Bluetooth aren’t there.
You never know what you're going to get when you buy from eBay. If the watch had not been paired to an iPhone previously, it would never open to settings. It would show the pairing screen. There's a good chance you either purchased a used Apple Watch or a stolen Apple Watch.
I'd return it for refund if it were me.
Thanks for reply. I’ve been communicating with the Seller and he said he bought it new and that it’s never been paired to an iPhone. When I go into the Settings there’s very little there just things like setting the time, Restore, Language, QR Code etc. I can see watch faces and even select one but the Watch goes off after a few seconds. It also appears to connect my phone as Watch Ultra Audio!! But doesn’t stay connected.
