It's hard to tell the accurate lifespan of an Apple SSD. But usually the TBW value of an SSD in its lifespan is 600 times of its capacity. For a 256 GB SSD, the lifespan will be about 150 TBW. However, this does not necessarily mean that your Mac SSD will fail after 150 TB is written to it, the lifespan of an SSD depends on various factors. Your Mac SSD's total data written is 305.6 GB, that means it's still quite new.

I'm using an early 2015 13" MacBook Pro, it's using the APPLE SSD SM0256G, which is also 256 GB. After 7 years of use, its TBW is still just 20 TB, so you don't actually need to worry about this.

Apple didn't provide the specific TBW value of the SSDs, but I think their SSD will have higher lifespan than normal.

It is alway a good idea to make a backup of your files in an external drive or somewhere else.
