Digital distorsion headphone jack

When connected with cable in headphone jack in my MacBook Air M2, latest OS, I get kind of digital distortion after playing sound.

Example in Logic X trigger a tom on EZ drummer 3 I hear the tom and at the end I get some kind of unwanted sound (hard to explain). I have tried Al kind of setup things (buffer size, number of cores, changing volume, resolution 44.1kHz etc). CPU is not overloaded.

When connected with external sound card this is not an issue.

Is this a software bug or is it Apple hardware issue?
