Some of my songs wont sync and i have playlists missing on my iphone now. some of these are songs that used to be on my phone but now wont sync. It says they have songs that aren't in the icloud library but then won't let me add to the library.

Try If songs are missing from your music library after you turn on Sync Library - Apple Support.
