Genius results can’t be updated right now. An unknown error occurred (4007).

Been having this issue for 5 days now, I cannot sync my library on my Mac, I literally have tried everything, reset the computer, quit the app, authorize and deauthorize the computer, change my Apple ID password, make sure the sync library is on on both my phone and computer, even safe mode to see if could run the syncing but still the same problem, can someone help me please????????????
