Apple Watch sleep tracking is horrible

I should not have purchased an apple watch for tracking sleep. Nothing but issues. Sometimes stages are not recorded and sometimes there is no data at all. Today I went to check the sleep data and there is NOTHING THERE.

Apple Watch Series 6, watchOS 9

I don’t like the Apple sleep app either. It doesn’t seem organized that well. I had a FitBit and their sleep was outstanding. But I did get the Apple Watch a month ago for the fall and crash detection, which FitBit doesn’t have.

I had no sleep info one day and I reinstall the Watch app to get my sleep info back.
