Text in numbers spreadsheet dissapear when converted to excel file.

The text I add as a comment in numbers dissapear when convert to excel and send it with email. I started having this issue from some time now and it is not only my mac, as I tried with my colleague mac as well and she is having the same issue. Does someone know how to fix this? For me this is nessesary feature for my job.

Numbers does a pretty good job of exporting data and formulas to Excel but there is still quite a bit that gets lost in translation because the design of the two apps is so different.


Excel doesn't even try to export to or import from Numbers.


My advice is that if you regularly have to pass documents to and from Excel users then you should use Excel. It's a good app that you can get on the Mac App Store.
