How do I set the location for my Apple weather that displays on my Home Screen?

Presumably you refer to the Weather Widget that may be installed on your Home Screen.
Touch-and-hold the Weather Widget - and a menu will appear. Tap the Edit Widget button - and then Location. Either select a city close to you - or choose My Location.
