My lightning to 3.5 mm headphone jack adapter is not working

My lightning to 3.5 mm headphone jack adapter is not working with no any physical damage . It is still in 1 uear warranty period. From where I can replace this.

Lightning to 3.5mm headphone jack adapter Warranty I bought Apple Lightning to 3.5mm headphone jack adapter 3-4months ago and now it is giving me some issues like Sometimes distortion noise for 1 sec Music autoplay Volume auto up and down Its like it’s possessed by a ghost. The Wire have no visible damage. and its my 2nd purchase of same item last one lasted 1.5 years then the wire broke. What should I do now?
