5k/10k badge for fastest running time not updating / bug

Hey,

I do have the following prob:

After running several times 5k and 10k you should receive an award depicting your fastest run time, called "fastest 5k resp. 10k".

This badge isn´t updating since mid of january 2023 although I´ve run multiple times faster 5k+ and 10k+. It just shows the time of my first run which was mid of january.

System: watchOS 9.3.1 and IOS 16.3.1

The badge is wrong in the watch activity app as well as on my iPhone.

I´ve tried unpairing, a new callibration, reinstalling activity app and nothing fixed it.

Even in the Apple Store they could not fix the prob and said I should have a call with Apple Care..

Thats pretty annoying as on of the main usage motives for this watch is the sports stuff and this including to track PRs..

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Sounds like you're not receiving a specific award, even after completing a certain workout to receive it. It also looks like you've done a tremendous job in troubleshooting this issue. You're already fully updated and you went as far as to unpair and re-pair your Apple Watch to your iPhone.
