Widgets Bugs on macOS 13.2.1

I updated my MacBook Pro M1 to the latest macOS 13.2.1. The first macOS Ventura I used is 13.1 because I want to use FreeForm. I think that macOS has become very buggy since macOS 12. And it becomes more buggy when it evolved to version 13. The biggest and most annoying bug is Widget. Its edit page is very lagging and very easy to crash! 💥 And I can't click any button in edit page when I want to edit some widgets such as clock, reminders, and etc. They are even not third-party widgets! Hope that you team can fix it asap. And you developer team should reconsider the macOS right now. It is not as robust as it was 4 or 5 years ago.

1 - Restart in Safe Mode. This will perform a Disk Repair, clear cache files and only load Apple Software, extensions and fonts. The boot up will be slow and can take some time - Normal.

2 - Safe Mode will also eliminate Third Party Software, extensions and drivers from loading. It will only load the Minimum amount of Core Apple Processes to allow the the computer to function at a reduced Level of Performance

3 - Does the issue present in this mode ?

4 - Sometimes a Safe Boot followed by a Normal Boot will just put things right.

5 - If not - there could be something in the main User Account playing up. To further isolate this - Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac. Then log out of the Main User account and log into the dummy account and test again if the issue persists.

6 - If the issue is present in the dummy account - then, this appears to be a System Wide issue on the computer.

7 - Download the Application Etrecheck directly from the Developer.

This is a Diagnostic Tool that makes no changes to the computer.

It makes a coherent and readable inventory of both the Hardware and Software used on the computer

The application is free or paid from added features.

Hello ForeverMorning,

After adding the desired widget, such as the 'World Clock' one, you may right-click on it in the list, or hold Control and click on it. That should help present the Edit option in the pop-up.

Add and customize widgets in Notification Center on Mac - Apple Support

If the widgets are unresponsive, you may try restarting the Mac, which can help with some odd behaviors that come up: Shut down or restart your Mac

On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > Shut Down.

It can also help to test things within safe mode, which helps to rule out some startup items from conflicting: Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support

I can open pop-up edit page. But this pop-up page is usually unresponsive. For example, Its list items and done button are all unresponsive when I open this pop-up page.

It must be a bug. The only solution is rebooting or reopening my notification center by using

killall NotificationCenter

I don't join developer program or public beta plan. So I don't have channel to report such bug. But I hope that this bug can be fixed asap. It's too disgusting.
