I recall being able to access my iphone desktop screens to arrange app icons from itunes on my pc before. I cannot remember how to do it and cannot seem to find instructions anywhere.

How incredibly helpful of Apple, makes a really rubbish bit of software into a completely useless one.
I found this link. Apparently you can no longer access apps from itunes. https://www.imobie.com/support/itunes-apps-not-showing.htm#:~:text=That's%20because%20Apple%20has%20removed,But%20also%20no%20tone%20tab.
It used to be possible to arrange iPhone apps using iTunes on a computer but that option was discontinued in 2017 when iTunes 12.7 was released.
How can I arrange iphone apps from itunes on a windows PC?
