how do I erase to factory settings in 2014 air Software OS X 10.9.5 (13F1911)I'm selling my 2014 macbook air and need to erase all the data back to factory settings. I'm trying to do that via Apple option, general but I can not find this option to erase all content. I'm looking for it everywhere on the laptop but no luck. Can not find via google search either. HELP!

The reason for your confusion is that Step 2 does not apply to your model Mac. You can follow the other steps.
