iOS 16.1.1 will not allow specific sounds per app

This feature looks to have existed prior and was either forgotten or removed for some reason?

I have Teams for work and Blink for home security, my dog knows the default ringtone to be associated with security cameras so he goes crazy when the ringtone goes off. Except when someone messages me in Teams it is the same sound.

I need to be able to customize which sound plays for which app, I usually praise Apple for how well it functions but, this feature missing is a big issue. It makes me look at android devices for the first time ever.

If you need a good reason to fix this, it will sell more ringtones. If everyone can customize a sound per app they will want a good ringtone for each.

Please advise.
