How to get windows via parallels or another way ?

Hello guys,

because of my studies at UNI, I need to change my laptop. I'm currently using a MacBook air 2017, it's enough for classic stuff. I'm considering buying a MacBook pro with an M1 chip, and then I want to purchase parallels. But guys, do you know another way how to install the windows ? Thanks
