How do I send Apple feedback about retail customer service?
I had excellent customer service today - but can't find anywhere to give retail feedback?

If you had a positive experience at an Apple Store, you can provide feedback directly to Apple by visiting their Feedback page (https://www.apple.com/feedback/). If you'd like to leave a review for the store, you can do so on Yelp or Google Maps.

The feedback page now only has categories for products. Feedback on good service will not likely reach those who manage service.
Apple used to have a web link to comment on service, sales and support issues, but it disappeared about five years ago. AS your fellow end users. we do not know why.
If you are serious about getting this feedback to Apple, what remains is, pretty much, write a letter.
