I just purchased an IPhone 12 Mini and when I try to open any apps it says apps and iTunes are disabled.

Why would my iPhone say that my iTunes and apps are disabled? How can I fix this?

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
