My watch won't charge UNLESS I force a restart.

How do I get the watch to charge without a forcing a restart?

It is not my cable or power brick or plastic on the back of my watch.

Hi,

Is your watch running the latest watchOS? That usually resolves most issues with watchOS.

Yes, it is running the latest iOS, in fact, it just updated this week.

Hi,

Thanks for clarifying. I would recommend unpairing and then pairing it again, this time setting it up manually. If the issue persists after, and the product has no accidental or liquid damage, contact Apple Support to run diagnostics and/or assist with next steps.
