Do you have another Apple Device (Mac, iPad, etc)?
If you do, then open that device's Settings
Go to your name at the top of the settings page
Find "Subscriptions"
Then find the one you want to cancel and click or tap on it to manage it.
If not, you can use a PC that has iTunes on it (signed in to your account of course).
Open iTunes
Go to "Account" on the window's toolbar
Find and click on "Settings"
Click on "Subscriptions"
Click on "Manage"
From there, you should be able to find all Apple services that are billed at a monthly or yearly rate, and cancel them.
Hope this helps!

Applecare is not a "regular" subscription like an app and administered in a separate division; you can start here:
Cancel or change the payment method for your AppleCare plan - Apple Support
Or, if you have another device, try this direct link:
https://getsupport.apple.com/topics
note the direct link to cancel Applecare. You will need the registration number.
If you do not have another device, call Apple at 800-275-2273 and ask to be transferred to the Applecare division. Again, you will need the registration number.
Hey babowa,
I was able to find my AppleCare+ subscription on all my active device's subscription page, along with all my other app subscriptions. If you bought AppleCare+ via monthly payments, and it is still active, it appears in your subscription page and you can cancel it.
I apologize. We were talking about the iPhone.
You're right, Mac AppleCare+ does not show up in Subscriptions. I'm not entirely sure why.
However it does show up in Settings, General, About...and click on "Details" in AppleCare+ section. You can manage it from there.
Sorry for the misunderstanding.
No problem; not everyone pays for it monthly either. I paid for 3 years up front (iMac) and 2 years (iPads) and I would for an iphone as well (if available). I also paid up front for it for my iPads and one of them is still covered. But, there is no mention of how to cancel in Settings either. The imac and iPad does show that it's covered, but nowhere is there any mention either of how to cancel. There is nothing in Subscriptions. It must be the difference of paying up front vs. paying monthly - there is no subscription/monthly payment since I paid up front. And, trying to cancel the one payment plan is much more difficult.
Correct. If you paid up front, there really is no “subscription” aspect to it. The term “subscription” implies a recurring payment.
The option to cancel can’t apply to something you paid up front for.
Thanks.
My iMac does not offer the option even though it is actually covered by Applecare (but is from 2017). And, personally, I prefer knowing that I have dealt with that division directly.
Actually you can Cancel, but have to deal directly with Applecare and the amount will be prorated. I used it once many years ago.
Sorry. I meant cancel via online and via subscription…if you paid in full.
We just keep getting our words mixed up! lol
That's ok, we know what we mean!
Hahaha :)
