I accidentally subscribed individual free 6 months Apple Music to wrong Apple account. Can I change my current subscription to the other family member？

It doesn't appear that a subscription can be transferred to another Apple ID. You can read more in the Terms and Conditions outlined here: Legal - Apple Media Services - Apple

"No portion of the Content or Services may be transferred or reproduced in any form or by any means, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement."
