I have enabled family sharing and I’m the account organizer. When I enabled Apple Pay on my 13 year old teenager’s iPhone, I am able to send money to her Apple Pay. But…. When she tries to use Apple Pay at stores the transaction is declined while she has ample funds in Apple Pay. Any thoughts?

Wondering if the particular stores have limits on purchases :
eg: only cash for under $5 or under $10 purchases.
and
whether purchases over $10 have been made / accepted using Apple Pay
Also: some stores may not be set-up to use Apple Pay:
Your teenager may need to look for the correct symbol(s) displayed in stores
