I have an 14 pro max just from 3 weeks ago and it get frozen not doing anything even the clock stop to work I already tried to turn it off but didn't work ether.

Did you follow the instructions in the link at the top of the page?
Try the forced restart. If that does not work, you will have to wait until you can restore it on your computer.
it's never happened before and what I have to do right now? If I don't have a caple to be connect with my phone I text you from my laptop
