While I was looking at my screen time on my MacBook Air I found out that there is a website that was active for 19h called “iframe. Media delivery”, I checked my safari history and couldn’t find this website. What could it be ?

I would not consider this malware.

The <iframe> tag specifies an inline frame. An inline frame is used to embed another document/video within a current HTML document/website.
embedded content within a website—you are not going to see this in browser history
an example would be in Firefox— in this regard Iframe.mediadelivery is a sub-directory supplying you embedded content.
