after update to 16.3.1, (iphone 14 pro max), people cannot hear my voice when i recieve or make a call. if I switch to speaker, they can hear me. What is up?

hi, i have exactly the same problem, but with a 14 pro ! i receive it yesterday, i start the new iphone, ask me to update to 16.3.1, yes of course i do the update (i never have problem before), i finish to configure it without problems. this morning, i call a friend, he cannot hear me ! also, on speaker, it's working. I try whatsapp.. not working! i try recorder, it's working, i try to do a movie, no good sound but only crappy sound, big sizzle.
i do reset all settings, restaure totaly with itunes... still the same!
i have meeting this evening with apple repair center.
