How do I get my Mac to recognize my Ds4 controller?

I followed the instructions mentioned, but it didn't seem to work for me. For now, I'm using 3rd party software( ds4 windows) . For all guys who aren't familiar with this software, DS4Windows is Your One-Stop Solution to connecting your PlayStation DualShock 4 controller with a Windows or Mac through a virtual emulator gamepad.
