What can I do when my phone goes black when I make a call and cannot end the call?

The screen goes black when it is near the ear. When you remove it, the screen should go back to normal after a few seconds.

Can’t end call Hello, I’m using iPhone 11 pro. I’m having trouble when I answer or call someone my phone will turns black does not appear anything and cannot touch anything. I already reset the settings but only a while can use after that its been back to blackout, i have to ask the person who’s on call with to hang up first. Its there anything that can help?
