paint seems to be diapering on the back of my brand new iphone14 pro max

does anyone have this same issue.

1. Went to service center they say need to contact Apple directly
2. Call and check with Apple help desk, they ask me to go to the shop where i purchase it.
3. Now waiting to go to the shop where i purchase it, not sure if they can solve my issue, i bet they will say they cannot do much
