Manufacturing defect on Apple Watch ultra

I purchased an Apple Watch today itself and it has minor discolouration/ scratch on its frame. It’s a manufacturing defect. I did not even open the strap box.

Return it to the seller.

Note: If you bought the watch from Apple or an Apple Authorized Seller, Apple considers the watch AND band as one item. Both will need to be returned in the original packaging with all accessories.

If you bought from someone other than Apple or Authorized Seller, you'll need to find out what their return requirements are.
