Right airpod battery depletes significantly faster then my left airpod battery

So as the title suggests, my right AirPod’s battery will be dead within like 20/30 minutes while my other AirPod’s battery will be at like 70% (also visible in the picture with this post) is there a way to fix this or do i need to go to my nearest apple store
