How to fix wrong week number in calendar for Europe

Hello, calender in my iphone shows wrong week number, i.e. one week ahead of actual week (e.g. it shows week 7, but it should show week 6). My region is Croatia, calendar Gregorian and first day of week Monday. According to ISO week date (source: wikipedia), week 1 is the first week with a majority (4 or more) of its day in January, its first day is the Monday nearest to 1 January, it has 4th January in it, etc. In 2023, first day is Sunday and iPhone's calendar shows just one day, i.e. 1.1.2023., as week 1, which is incorrect for the language and region settings.
