If question mark is flashing and I tried command and r keys and still nothing is happening it’s still going back to flashing question mark
If there’s a flashing question mark and I tried command and r keys and it didn’t work what do I do?

Try another Keyboard to see if that is the problem, a cheap USB wired KB will be fine, use Win key+r key for Mac CMD+r
