Do I have to update Safari? Citi.com says Safari needs to be updated. I am using an iPad with iOS 16.2.

On an iPad Safari is updated with the iPadOS version.
You need iPadOS 16.3, to get the most up to date version of Safari.
Go to Settings ➜ General ➜ Software Update to start the update process
