Text messages
Can I retrieve deleted text messages for the last three weeks
iPhone 11, iOS 16

Community User
Open the Messages app, tap Edit in the top left corner and find "Recently Deleted". From there you can restore your messages for up to 30 - 40 days.
If you have deleted them from there, then unfortunately they cannot be restored.
