Query about refunded money

Hi, Ahmad here ! unintentionely the ine of app was purchased via this account then the same day i go to apple support and refund it. it shows that it was refunded but it can not transfer to my account. why?

If it's already been that long, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff.
