You mention a 6s in the topic title, but a 6 in the text. These are two entirely separate models.

As has already been explained, a 6 can't run anything higher than its current 12.5.7.

A 6s tops out at iOS 15.x.

An iPhone 6 isn't capable of 13 or above. To install 12.5.7, use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings.
