cannot move email(s) to trash

Are you using the native Mail app or another third-party mail client? Are you able to move your emails to the Trash mailbox when you access your email from webmail using Safari?

Thanks for that information. And were you able to test in webmail to see if you can delete from there? And what is the exact wording of the message you receive when you attempt to delete? This information will help us formulate a plan forward.
