I updated to Ventura, and system preferences does not show up in the apple menu

How can I restore system preferences to the apple menu?

how to access system preferences When I click on the Apple in the top-left corner, there is no System Prefs option, only System Settings. When I click on Finder>Applications, there is no System Prefs. Where do I find it? Thanks

system preferences has become system settings as of Ventura..

is there no system settings in your apple menu?
