I don't have my card linked to my Apple or Itunes account. How is this possible? I am not aware of any app subscription also. Thanks.

If the invoice is not from Apple, was the money deducted by a stranger?
Contact your bank, they can find out who (name, address & account number) has collected the amount from your bank account, and when.
Depending on your bank, they can collect the amount back within 30 days.

Thank you. I have already filed a dispute and it was very suspicious bec I don't have any subscriptions or is my card enrolled in Itunes. The bank also usually sends an email for the charges but I didn't get any.
Ask also your bank to block your card, and ask a new card.
If your bank, have find out who (name, address & account number) has collected the amount from your bank account, and when, (normally you can request a printout from the bank) report to the police.
Be careful with your personal information, such as bank card, Apple ID, phone number and others.
