Apple Music is making my song quieter than everybody else’s song in the genre.

Hi guys! In a bit of a pickle here :/  I am an artist and I recently uploaded my new single across all streaming platforms. I’ve had a LOT of people tell me that, on Apple Music only, my song sounds quieter than every other song in the genre (EDM). I exported the song to about -5 LUFs and the mix is crisp and clean so I don’t think it’s a perceived loudness issue. I also used the same file across all platforms. I know that Apple Music and Spotify and all of those type of streaming platforms normalize, but my song actually sounds like it’s almost 10 dB quieter than other songs in the genre on Apple. It’s very noticeable. That’s not normal.

Other people have mentioned that it could be the settings, however I don’t use Apple Music. So I’m just listening off my computer/headphones to the previews of my song compared to other songs, therefore I can’t adjust the settings either way. That means everyone else hears it that way as well. 

I’ve been dealing with this for a few weeks now and I’m really frustrated. Is it a mixing issue? Is it just an Apple Music issue? Am I going insane? Lol
