How can I rip a auidobook physical CD to apple books in IOS 13

Now that my computer is to new to operate iTunes- I don't seem to be able to rip physical CD audiobooks directly to Apple Books. Apple books will let me drop any music files into it and it will think it is a book but there isn't an ability I can find to actually create new files from discs to add to books.

In iTunes, you simply put the disc in and change the info for sorting from 'music' to 'audiobook'

Now what do we do?

Where are you seeing this field choice? Below is a sample of a track from an audiobook that was done in the Music app:

All info must be changed in the Music app before being imported into the Books app.

The option to change something ripped with music to Audiobook does not exist in apple music. the field choice stays music/album/composer etc.
