Recent Calls information is provided by your carrier. Give them a call to investigate the issue.

Recent calls not showing up in the recent list. I did the: general/ reset/reset network settings, however that did not fix the problem. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Often recent calls do not show up in the recent call list.
