The ONLY way to unlock an iPhone is with the passcode … which it why one has to enter it AT LEAST weekly.

To reset the phone, you will need to know your AppleID credentials.

Since you have apparently forgotten those too, your only alternative is to begin account recovery.

Use these Forum's eMail. The Apple ID would be the eMail address you used to log into these forums with, given it is the same account.
