Not getting group texts from android users
Intermittently I do not get texts from
android users in a group text on iPhone 12. How do I correct this?

Intermittently? It can't be random. There is something else which you may not have noticed.
If you are not receving group SMS at all then...
You may not have an SMS plan enabled by your carrier for the SIM/eSIM that you use on your device. Apple Inc does not provide SMS services.
