Why does my Beachbody app keep opening after I use it and close out of it.

1. When did this start?
2. Is this the only app for which this is occurring?
3. Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Restart your iPhone and Restart your iPhone
4. If you're paired with a compatible iPhone model, the latest version is iOS 16.3. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.
5. Since you have a compatible watch model, the latest version is watchOS 9.3. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to Update your Apple Watch.

If you still have issues, update your iPhone to iOS 16.3: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Then check for updates to the Apple Watch: Update your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Lastly, check the App Store for Beachbody app updates.

Is this the only app opening? We ask because the Apple Watch apps are so close, if it was a random touch occurring, it would be opening random apps, not this one all the time. If this is the only app that you're experiencing this with, you'll want to reach out to the app developer.

When you look at your watch, do you see the Beachbody app open or is the evidence that an unknown workout shows up? We ask this to make sure it isn’t the Workout app that is launching. Do you have the BeachBody app set as a complication on your watch? 

Another step we can take is to have you delete and reinstall the app on your watch - 

From your companion iOS device - 

1. Launch the Watch app > 'My Watch' tab > Beachbody app 

2. Toggle off Show App on Apple Watch

3. Wait until the app disappears from your Apple Watch's home screen

Then, to reinstall; 

1. Launch the Watch app > 'My Watch' tab

2. Scroll to Available app and tap Install for the Beachbody app

3. Wait tilt the app reappears on your Apple Watch

We know that testing may have to wait until your network workout.
