Iphone 12 Mini 1x Camera Wont Focus

Since about a month ago, my camera won't focus on far-away objects. The close-up objects are automatically focused, but autofocus won't work on far-away objects or landscapes. Sometimes the iPhone will stutter and try to focus, and for a moment, the landscape or far away object will be in focus, but then it goes back to blur. Tried cleaning camera, using other apps, taking case off, restarting phone, soft resetting phone, updating phone, and nothing works. Planning on taking phone to genius bar next, but wanted to know if anyone else has had experience. Anyone else having this issue?
