Merge Call Function - Dropping Calls

Hi.

We have a number of phones around the UK which intermittently have the above issue when trying to merge calls. I just made a test call and it did not happen but i am being told it happens to several of our users - often. Most of them are using iPhone 2020 but some have X's - on the O2 network.
