I pay for iCloud storage already. Can I use that storage for my other devices?

Accessing iCloud Items:

iCloud is cloud storage --it is not internal storage. So, as long as you are logged in to the same account on all of these devices, and iCloud items are enabled in Settings, then yes, it will be accessible.
